Videoconferencing training day

Buxton Museum and Renaissance East Midlands e-learning manager, Bryony Robins, are organising a training day about videoconferencing on Thursday 12 June at the North West City Learning Centre in Sheffield.

The day will give an introduction and good overview of videoconferencing and will share the work of Buxton Museum in its project working with local schools. The day is free (with travel costs also available) and will include:

  • hands-on demonstrations,
  • information about how to get the content and style of a videoconference presentation right,
  • examples of how videoconferencing is already being used, particularly with schools,
  • examples of videoconferencing sessions.

More information and a booking form are available below. For more information contact Martha Lawrence at Buxton Museum on 01298 24658 or email Martha.
