The 2008-2009 Learning Links programme, which brings together teachers and staff or volunteers from museums and archives to deliver learning projects, is now open for applications. Learning Links is part of the Strategic Commissioning programme funded by the Department for Children, Schools and Families and Department for Culture Media and Sport.
Learning Links offers funding for partnership projects that focus on:
• Skills and professional development
• Creative and innovative activities and resources to help deliver the curriculum
• Positive activity for children and young people
• Sustainable relationships
Amounts between £500 and £4,000 are available per project, with possible additional funding from Renaissance East Midlands for projects with an e-learning focus. Further information and application forms are available below:
